How does it work?
Perhaps you like certain neighborhoods, but there are no homes for sale in that area. With a New Property Alert, I can send you updates as soon as a home is listed. That means you can be the first to see the home and move into a contract before others are even aware it’s for sale. In some cases homes are listed for days before the “For Sale” sign is place in the yard. This technological advantage can make the difference in living in the location you really want or having to settle for something less appealing.
New property Alerts can also be used to alert you to homes with features you really must have such as; the number of bedrooms, pool, garage or even the street name can be selected!
How much does it cost?
New Property Alerts are free. Once you begin receiving alerts, you can contact me regarding the properties you want to see and I will schedule a convenient time to show you the property.
Can I change my preferences?
If you’re not interested in the properties you receive in the alerts, you can always change your selection criteria. My goal is to find exactly what you are looking for and help you through the entire home buying experience.
What happens to my contact information once I sign up?
Your information will be kept confidential and will never be shared with anyone. The only emails you will receive is for the alerts you request, no junk mail or unwanted information will be sent to you.
How do I sign up for New Property Alerts?
